I have been involved in the bodybuilding and fitness industry for over 20 years as both a bodybuilding competitor and as a coach helping hundreds of athletes reach their goals; working with bodybuilding, fitness, figure, and bikini competitors. I turned Pro and joined the IFBB in 2006 by winning the Canadian National Super Heavy Weight Overall Masters title. In addition, I have served as a judge with the BCABBA for a number of years. IFBB Pro Zoa Linsey News

I'm pleased to announce that Zoa Linsey, one of Canada's top rated IFBB pros has joined forces with me and Team Custom Built as she prepares for her return to the stage at the Ms. International (Arnold Classic). Zoa took the past year off due to a devastating spinal injury suffered while competing at the 2010 Olympia and she is now ready to get in her best ever condition to compete in March 2012. I coached Zoa for the 2004/2005 season and it's very exciting to get her in her best condition once again. Another benefit for you is that Zoa is spending January and February 2012 in the Langley area during her final 7 week of prep and is assisting me in the in-person training of many of my competition clients.
