"Darren loves bodybuilding and this shows in his personal and caring approach
to each of his clients. He takes the time to answer all questions, to go
over and above what is expected and makes sure each client steps on stage in
their best condition ever. He is extremely experienced and shares his years
of knowledge with his clients to help them achieve their goals. For me,
Darren has been both a good friend and a mentor in the sport. We both share
the same enthusiasm and each of us has plenty of experience in the sport,

Darren's expertise has always brought me into my shows in amazing
condition...each show has held it's challenges along the road and Darren's
ability to roll with the circumstances and adjust the approach as we proceed
is what makes him a great coach. A good coach has to have a good eye, be
willing to adjust and be both knowledgeable and encouraging. I got all of
those things from him, plus a great friendship. So thanks Big D and looking
