I have been involved in the bodybuilding and fitness industry for over 20 years as both a bodybuilding competitor and as a coach helping hundreds of athletes reach their goals; working with bodybuilding, fitness, figure, and bikini competitors. I turned Pro and joined the IFBB in 2006 by winning the Canadian National Super Heavy Weight Overall Masters title. In addition, I have served as a judge with the BCABBA for a number of years.
